RRB – Discipline Mapping – The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) JE Selection Procedure consists of four stages and the candidates who clear all these four stages will be eligible for final selection. RRB (Railway) JE selection process consists of these four stages :
(1) Stage I – CBT (Computer Based Test)
(2) Stage II – CBT (Computer Based Test)
(3) Document Verification
(4) Medical Examination
RRB JE selection process consists of two written exam paper. Candidate who will obtains marks equal or more than cut-off marks decided for stage 1 by RRB will be shortlisted for eligible for stage 2. There is a section named “Technical Abilities” in stage 2, which consists 100 questions of 100 marks, for this “Technical Abilities” section candidates have to opt a certain exam group as per their education qualification. Here in the below given table we are providing exam groups for various discipline of diploma in engineering.

All the candidates with the above qualification shall be tested in the Exam Group mapped as per the above chart. However, candidates with educational qualification of BE/B.Tech (Computer Science) or BE/B.Tech (Information Technology), applying for both the posts of JE(S&T Department) and JE (IT), have to opt for either Electronics and Allied Engineering Exam Group or Computer Science and Information Technology Exam Group.
The educational qualification for the post of DMS (Depot Material Superintendent) is Three Years Diploma in Engineering i.e a candidate with Three Years Diploma in any of Engineering disciplines, can apply for these posts as applicable. Candidates with educational qualifications not figuring in the above chart and eligible for DMS posts have to choose any one of the above listed Exam Groups other than CMA Exam Group, during the registration for online applications of this CEN.
A candidate possessing more than one minimum educational qualification, mapped to different Exam Groups, can choose any one Exam Group. These candidates would be eligible for all the posts for which they possess minimum educational qualifications.

I completed my btech in eee .while applying rrb je application i selected combination of any stream of basic streams of electrical engineering .. rather than electrical engineering what should i do now.

If you have done engineering in electrical & electronics engineering then you have to choose “Combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of electrical engineering”.
You opted right option.

sir i belongs to Electronics & communication Engg dept. Which Discipline I have to choose either Combination of sub stream of electronics or else Electronics Engineering.
