3. UPMRC (Post) Job Profile 2022

UPMRC Posts	Job Description
UPMRC Assistant Manager (Operations)	Will be in-charge of stations/Depots or other departments. Scheduling of the trains on the various routes optimizing the service times.
UPMRC Junior Engineer	Conduct some study on the project and deliver a report to the assistant engineer. Oversee and manage the numerous systems and subsystems in their departments. Evaluate risk criteria and adjust plans as necessary.
UPMRC Office Assistant	Physical Maintenance of records of the Section. Helping to operate in routine workplaces, and on the computers, such as a diary, dispatch, etc. General cleanliness & upkeep of the Section/Unit. Other non-clerical work in the Section/Unit. Opening & closing of rooms. Cleaning of rooms.
UPMRC Accounts Assistant	Providing support to the Accounting Department. Filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc. Manage communication with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person. Processing various transactions. Updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
UPMRC Station Controller cum Train Operator	Responsible for maintaining safety at the station and overall charge ship of the station. Looking after all the maintenance work at the station. Overall in-charge of all train controlling functions and systems provided at the station. Drive Revenue trains and testing trains. Supervising and monitoring the performance of frontline operations staff.
UPMRC Maintainer (Civil)	Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of various types of equipment or components. Will be in charge of the construction and maintenance of Railway buildings including staff quarters, water supply to these buildings, prevention of encroachment on Railway land etc. Carries out routine inspections and attends to repairs & failures.
UPMRC Maintainer (Electrical)	Adjust electrical equipment’s for optimal performance Works indoor as well as outdoor where Railway signaling installations are provided. Has to maintain Block instruments and Panel provided in Station houses, Points and Crossings provided outdoors where Rails are joined. The work includes normal maintenance and attendance during failure.
UPMRC S&T Maintainer	Will be in charge of maintaining Telecom equipment’s. Responsible for maintaining Railway Phones, Control phones, Station announcement systems, telegraph lines etc. Works indoor as well as outdoor where Railway. communication equipment’s are provided.
