(a) Thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script. If the candidate has not passed High School or valent examination in Hindi, he / she has to clear an exam conducted by the exam Regulatory Authority UP (formerly known as Registrar, Departmental Examination Govt. Of UP), within
